Room Hire Introduction

Want to hold a business meeting in a room with a fantastic view? Just need a change of scene and some thinking space?

Our room hire and meeting packages are great value for money, flexible and are tailored to your specific needs

We have three different spaces available for hire, all of which have beautiful views over the course and can be tailored to your requirements. Our location on the outskirts of Chester is easily reachable from the A55, M56 and M53, making us an ideal meeting point if you have people coming from different locations.

The Boardroom

Holds 4 – 8 Delegates, ideal for smaller business meetings.

The Meeting Room

Holds up to 20 Delegates. This medium-sized and airy room has commanding views down the first tee, and can comfortably accommodate around 20 people. Ideal for business presentations or training.

The Upstairs Lounge – overlooking 18th Green

Holds up to 50 Delegates. This large room overlooks the 18th green and our iconic Monkey Tree. There is ample space here for presentations, workshops or a small conference. On warmer days, take advantage of the outside balcony as a break-out area, with its stunning views across the course and the Cheshire countryside.

Our dedicated bar and restaurant will provide all of your catering requirements, from coffee and tea to lunch platters or hot main courses. We will tailor your day to your needs. 

Why not include a mini golf lesson or putting competition?

Many people choose to include a mini golf lesson or a putting competition with our Professional as a break in the middle of the day.

Room hire is free for Members (over the age of 18 paying a full 12 months playing subscription): For hire for them and immediate family (Parents, Siblings, Grandparents and Children) living in the same household.

Special rates are available for repeat weekly or monthly bookings.
